Yb70 Ytterbium 30th

Pour célébrer les 30 ans d’Ytterbium / Yb70 – deux labels et l’organisation de nombreux événements (Seppuku, Parazit, etc.) dédiés aux scènes techno industrielle, rhythmic noise, breakcore, noise, expérimental depuis 1996 — nous préparons un projet spécial.

Deux compilations anniversaire
Nous souhaitons publier deux volumes intitulés Various Artists: Past–Present–Future, chacun correspondant à l’identité des deux labels :

Pt. 1 — Ytterbium – 30 years of Ytterbium / Yb70 Organisation and Labels
Experimental – ambient – electronica – avant‑garde – contemporain – industriel – noise

Pt. 2 — Yb70 – 30 years of Ytterbium / Yb70 Organisation and Labels
Techno EBM – hard techno – techno industriel – rhythmic noise – hardcore industriel – breakcore

Chaque compilation rassemblera des inédits ainsi qu’une sélection d’archives issues de nos catalogues, aujourd’hui indisponibles.

Formats et soutien
L’ensemble des titres sera proposé à 1,50 € sur notre Bandcamp.
Une clé USB limitée YB70/Ytterbium, regroupant l’intégralité des morceaux, sera également mise en vente afin de financer les prochaines productions des labels (Merzbow, Kasper Toeplitz + Strom Varx, Daniel Menche, Katran, Imminent, Noise Entropy, RDKPL, Rainier Lericolais, Francisco López, etc.).

Une partie des recettes sera reversée à des organisations humanitaires.

Nous avons déjà reçu la confirmation de plusieurs artistes qui nous tiennent particulièrement à cœur.

To celebrate 30 years of Ytterbium / Yb70 — two labels and the organisation of numerous events (Seppuku, Parazit, etc.) dedicated to industrial techno, rhythmic noise, breakcore, noise and experimental scenes since 1996 — we are preparing a special project.

Two anniversary compilations
We plan to release two volumes entitled Various Artists: Past–Present–Future, each reflecting the identity of the two labels:

Pt. 1 — Ytterbium – 30 years of Ytterbium / Yb70 Organisation and Labels
Experimental – ambient – electronica – avant‑garde – contemporary – industrial – noise

Pt. 2 — Yb70 – 30 years of Ytterbium / Yb70 Organisation and Labels
Techno EBM – hard techno – industrial techno – rhythmic noise – industrial hardcore – breakcore

Each compilation will gather unreleased material as well as a selection of archival tracks from our catalogues, which are no longer available.

Formats and support
All tracks will be offered at €1.50 on our Bandcamp.
A limited YB70/Ytterbium USB key, containing the complete collection, will also be available for purchase in order to help fund upcoming label releases (Merzbow, Kasper Toeplitz + Strom Varx, Daniel Menche, Katran, Imminent, Noise Entropy, RDKPL, Rainier Lericolais, Francisco López, etc.).

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to humanitarian organisations.

We have already received confirmation from several artists who are especially meaningful to us.
